  1. Preheat oven to 300 F
  2. Place parchment on cookie sheet, covering it
  3. Grab a pinch of cheese (about a tablespoon) and plop it down in the corner. It will spread, but try to even it out a bit, otherwise it won’t be cripsy in the middle
  4. Repeat, making 12 distinct piles on the cookie sheet
  5. Optionally sprinkle garlic powder and/or seasoning on each pile
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the entire crisp has turned brown and crispy
  7. Remove and place on a plate or rack to cool
