beef ribeye steak
fatty cut

tbsp
olive oil
2
tpsp
butter
1
cup
mushrooms
chopped
1
cup
bell peppers
chopped
1/3
cup
Onions
chopped
1
clove
garlic
crushed
1/2
cup
Havarti cheese
shredded
2
fried eggs
optional
Instructions
Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. If you like your beef on the rare side, make the pieces a litter bigger, otherwise cut thinner pieces
Melt butter with olive oil in a pan over medium heat
Add the mushrooms, peppers, and onions
Saute’ for 3-4 minutes
Add steak and garlic
Continue to saute’ for another 5-7 minutes to desired doneness
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle cheese on top
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 3 minutes to melt
Optionally, place fried eggs on top
