Ingredients
3 or 4
oz
smoked fish
blue fish, herring, salmon, or other smoked fish

oz
Cream Cheese
softened

tbsp
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Mix everything in a food processor until well combined. Additionally, you can add something sautéd from the onion family: shallot, onion, etc., and salt/pepper to taste.
