Ingredients

chuck roast

olive oil
extra virgin

kosher salt

Instructions
The recipe is in the description. Coat the roast in olive oil, salt, and herbs. Place in a vacuum sealed bag, and drop in a Sous Vide circulator. Wait 48 hours, remove, and sear before enjoying.
