Au Poivre Steak Rub
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor until peppercorns are coarsely chopped. Alternatively you can use a mortar and pestle to grind by hand.
Apply liberally to all sides of any piece of beef or pork, pressing the peppercorns into the meat.
