Instructions
  1. Turn on your deep fryer, I leave the oil to go solid in it between uses.
  2. Cut off the dry hard stalk end.
  3. Cut a cross so the frying oil can get into the sprout.
  4. Fry for about 3 mins or until the leaves just start to go golden.
  5. Salt them liberally, you can even put a dollop of Mayo on them if you want to add a little more fat to your meal.
