With a mandoline you can get a reliable weight every time, which will make it easier to get this meal into your food diary
Grab a slice of Jamón and wrap it around the slice of manchego
Put the olive over the overlapping edges of the Jamón so when you spear the olive with a toothpick through the cheese you hold together the entire arrangement.
