Ingredients

oz
shredded cabbage
2
tsp
celery salt
4
cups
water
1/2
cup
mayonaise
avocado mayo is best
1/4
cup
avocado or olive oil

tbsp
celery seed
1
tbsp
apple cider vinegar

dop
Liquid Stevia

Instructions
Add celery salt to water in a pot and bring to a boil
Shred cabbage (or open a bag of pre-shredded cabbage) and measure out 10 oz. I use a combination of green and purple cabbage
Boil the cabbage for no more than 2 minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process
Combine all other ingredients with cabbage in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill, serve, and enjoy!
