Cabbage

Bell peppers (Capsicum)

Mayonnaise
Instructions
Slice up cabbage well
Cut capsicum (bell peppers) into plates and then cut those into thin batons ( or a Julienne )
You can keep this combo in a bowl in the fridge for at least a week
Dress with Mayonnaise just before eating
