Pressure-cooked Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
4
bones
beef short ribs
4
cups
low-salt chicken stock
2
cups
dry red wine
1
bulb
garlic
crushed
1
stick
salted butter
4
tbsp
soy sauce
2
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
ginger powder
or minced fresh ginger
2
tbsp
sugar-free sweetener
1
tbsp
ground black pepper
1
tbsp
onion powder
1
sprig
fresh rosemary
3
sprigs
fresh thyme
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker
Close lid, close pressure valve and cook on “meat” setting (or high) for 75 minutes
Shut off pressure cooker and carefully (with long tongs) open pressure valve
Open cooker, remove ribs and set aside
Strain liquid into a saucepan, reduce over medium heat for at least 10 minutes
Add 1/2 cup (or more) of heavy cream and reduce until thick.
Salt and pepper sauce to taste. Spoon over ribs and enjoy
