Bacon Soup with Cauli-dumplings
So this is another attempt to perfect a Bacon soup … this time with butter poached cauliflower florets as … ummm what would you call them? Dumplings.

- 3 cup Hambone stock
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger root
- 100 g cauliflower
- 30 g butter
- 4 spears asparagus
