Instructions
  1. Add celery salt to water in a pot and bring to a boil
  2. Shred cabbage (or open a bag of pre-shredded cabbage) and measure out 10 oz. I use a combination of green and purple cabbage
  3. Boil the cabbage for no more than 2 minutes
  4. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process
  5. Combine all other ingredients with cabbage in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill, serve, and enjoy!

  2. Why cooked cabbage? I’ve never seen this done in coleslaw recipes. I add chopped cauliflower and broccoli to my keto cabbage and skip the sweetener altogether. Love the bite!!
