Instructions
  1. Chop half an onion finely and fry in a pot in butter until soft, add herbs and fry quickly until they have started to release their aromas.
  2. Meanwhile half a red cabbage
  3. Remove the core of the cabbage
  4. Chop the cabbage finely
  5. Add Cabbage to the pot
  6. Add apple cider vinegar and optional apple essence and simmer for an hour, checking every 15 mins and adding a little water (1 tablespoon at a time) to prevent the cabbage from catching to the bottom of the pot.
