Julies Low-carb Red Cabbage
Red cabbage is a great leafy vegetable to add to any low carb meal,. such as this meal with a pork hock terrine and fennel salad.
And this example of a roasted Pork Belly on a bed of red cabbage is ketogenic happy food.

- 125 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp fennel seed
