This is a great example of how you can find a keto meal at just about any good restaurant.  This was one of 2 appetisers on their October menu that was perfectly keto.

The gelling agent and the pickling liquid were the biggest question marks.  The gel used gelatine – so that was fine.  The pickles were not sweet – and if they had been my likely exposure to sugar would be of the order 5g or less.
