The BEST Keto French Toast!
This is a recipe for the best keto french toast. However, it also encompasses my favorite keto bread and my favorite sugar-free maple syrup.
Let’s talk about bread. I make it myself from a mix. I’m talking about Fox Hill Kitchens in Vermont. They started selling an All Purpose Bread Mix that yields the best keto bread I’ve ever had.
This bread is made with almond flour, coconut flour, yeast, and psyllium. It simply IS bread. It is soft, spongy, toasts up great, and makes perfect french toast.
Next, let’s talk Syrup. I have tried all of the sugar substitutes, and my favorite is Allulose. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle of All-u-lose Maple Syrup from Amazon, or wherever else you can find it.
