Miso Salmon with fish bacon

I’m trying more candidates for meals where I can make a lower and higher protein version. This one without the Prawns has 30g protein, with the prawns 40g of protein.


The miso Salmon, Fish Bacon, and Wasabi mayonnaise are all from this recipe on my blog, (150g salmon fillets).

The confit prawns are just poached in a bag in the same water oven (52C) with butter and garlic.

The hollandaise on the asparagus is from the Hollandaise recipe on this blog.
