Philly Cheese Steak Ribeye Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 6 ounces beef ribeye steak fatty cut
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tpsp butter
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers chopped
- 1/3 cup Onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup Havarti cheese shredded
- 2 fried eggs optional

Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. If you like your beef on the rare side, make the pieces a litter bigger, otherwise cut thinner pieces
- Melt butter with olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add the mushrooms, peppers, and onions
- Saute' for 3-4 minutes
- Add steak and garlic
- Continue to saute' for another 5-7 minutes to desired doneness
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 3 minutes to melt
- Optionally, place fried eggs on top
