Instructions
  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. If you like your beef on the rare side, make the pieces a litter bigger, otherwise cut thinner pieces
  2. Melt butter with olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  3. Add the mushrooms, peppers, and onions
  4. Saute' for 3-4 minutes
  5. Add steak and garlic
  6. Continue to saute' for another 5-7 minutes to desired doneness
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top
  9. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 3 minutes to melt
  10. Optionally, place fried eggs on top
